Wonderful home on Pochet Inlet in the Pochet Association with beautiful views! This charming 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home has lots of room and is located just down the road from the private footbridge that crosses over the marsh to Nauset Beach! Upper and lower decks enhance this great rental. Main level has open kitchen/ living area/ dining room/ and 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 twin) and 2 baths. Upper level has 1 bedroom with 2 twins and 1/2 bath. All bedrooms have A/C units. Second upper level has large family room with lots of light. NO PETS ALLOWED. $3,700 per week in season. $55 Vacation Rental Damage Coverage, $60 Handling Fee (fee’s non-refundable).
