We are new to Vrbo but not new to hosting, we are experienced hosts without the title.
Be one of our first guests to stay in our completely refurnished home. We have tried to think of everything you will need for your stay with us. We have recently branched out on our own with this property after managing short term rentals with partners. Let us earn your loyalty for years to come.

Located in the heart of Michigan City, Indiana, on a seldom traveled street, this home offers you the best of both worlds. Your 10 mins from the beaches of Lake Michigan, without all noise and traffic of city living. This home is tucked away on a side road in a safe quiet neighborhood where you can take your dog for a walk or let your kids ride their bikes. Very friendly neighbors. Please no more then 8 adults allowed in property during your stay at anytime. Entire home is focused on the upstairs of the residence and the laundry area in the basement. Guests are free use the garage or to spend time in the open basement area if they wish, however; in an effort to keep the cleaning costs reasonable we do not regularly clean the entire basement or the garage area, both area’s are cleaned only during our monthly deep cleaning time. The washer, dryer and the folding area of the basement are the only area’s we clean after each guests departure. The garage and the basement should not be used as criteria for a poor cleanliness review.
This home is located in a neighborhood with children, we must insist that guests respect the environment of the property.
If what your looking for in a vacation rental is a place where your young children or teenagers are safe to explore the neighborhood, take your pet for a walk, play in the back yard, ext, while still allowing for adult quality time this property is for you!
If you’re looking for a property to have loud gatherings or a party like environment this is not the correct property to book.

Please if you are bringing pets with you clean up after your pets we furnish bags and cleaning products to help you do so located in the hall closet.
A $500.00 or more replacement fee will be requested if your pet uses the restroom anywhere but outside , on a puppy pad or litter box. We understand accidents happen, your pet is in a new environment, we furnish cleaners to help you should an accident happen, however leaving accidents sitting and not immediately cleaning it up is not acceptable, this includes the garage, the basement or anywhere upstairs in the residence.
We want you to enjoy your stay with us, we want you and all of our future guests to feel like your at home. This means we maintain a standard of cleanliness and comfort with our properties that may differ from what your standard of living is, we ask that you and your guests please respect our property standards.
We will try to accommodate any requests for early check in’s before 3 pm. Please understand that is not always possible to do so and still maintain our level of cleanliness for each guest. Please ask in advance, if you need an earlier check in we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Check out time is 11:00 am, if you need extra time before leaving we ask that you please let us know.
