Located in desirable East Orleans and convenient to E. Orleans Village for coffee, ice cream, and dining. This L-shaped ranch is bright and airy with an open floor plan including kitchen, dining, and living areas. The sliders in the living room and bedrooms provide access to the private backyard area. The three season room off the living room is enclosed with sliders and provides a perfect place to relax, read a book, and enjoy the evening breeze. Nauset Beach is just a short distance away. There are three bedrooms (a Master BR with a Queen, a 2nd BR with a queen and Daybed, and 3rd BR w/ Trundle that pulls out to 2 twins) and 2 full baths. Enclosed outdoor shower and wi-fi as well as a furnished outdoor patio completes the package. NO PETS ALLOWED. This home rents for $1800 per week in season. $55 Vacation Rental Damage Coverage, $60 Handling Fee (fees non-refundable).
