This Water Front Cabin is located on Webster Lake in Franklin NH. There is a large yard and a private sandy beach and dock. Moor the boat in front of the cabin for easy access and there's plenty of parking.

There is an enclosed porch with large sliding glass windows looking directly onto the lake. Off to the side of the porch is a 6 by 6 deck. Inside is a clean fully equipped cabin with a living room, dining room, kitchen, and a bathroom with tub and shower. Upstairs is the master bed room and the bunk room, A queen, a double, a bunk bed, a cot, and a pull out couch.

The lake front cabin is perfect to bring the family together; with it's private sandy beach and large yard its the perfect vacation get away from home. Days are spent swimming, fishing, boating, hiking, skiing and snowmobiling. In the evening, relax watching picture perfect sunsets and sharing stories around the campfire.

Crystal clear Webster Lake in NH is only 20 min. to Laconia, with its many attractions, 30 min. to Concord, and 100 mi. from Boston.

fishing-the lake is stocked every year with rainbow and brown trout. Fish found in this lovely 612 acre-40 ft. deep lake include small mouth bass, rainbow and brown trout, pickerel, yellow and white perch, and horn pout. A golf course is a 15 minute drive away.

About The Owner

The cabin was built in 1901 and enjoyed by one family until 2006. That family moved apart and after careful selection they offered the property to my family. We take the same great pride in this lake side retreat and value the time spent there.

The lake front cabin is perfect to bring the family together; with it's private sandy beach and large yard its the perfect vacation get away from home. Days are spent swimming, fishing, boating, hiking, skiing and snowmobiling. In the evening, relax watching picture perfect sunsets and sharing stories around the campfire.

What makes this cottage unique

Perfect summer days for swimming, boating, canoeing, hiking, watching the loons and colorful sunsets. In the winter, A nice warm place to retreat to after a day of snowmobiling, skiing, snowboarding, or ice fishing.

Relaxing Family Getaway

This lake house was the perfect setting for a much needed week of relaxation for our family of four (Husband, Wife, 13 yr old, & 10 yr old). We spent our days at the the lake fishing, swimming, kayaking, reading, napping, playing games, and watching the sunset. Having no wifi, cable, or cell service was a big plus for us. My husband could not work and our kids spent a great deal of time outside instead of in front of a screen. Great central location for touring New Hampshire & White Mountains. Cabin is very comfortable and well equipped. The setting is prettier in person. Owner was easy to work with and helpful. Convenient to shopping (groceries, theater, outlets, etc.) We hope to return next summer.

Simple and Relaxing

Our family had a nice time at the cabin. The shallow lake was perfect for our young kids who endlessly jumped off the dock. I was glad there was no cable, wi-fi or cell service because it meant we all had to actually speak to each other. Thanks for a great little cabin.

Great small cabin

We had a great time at this rustic little cabin - my parents played all day with my 2-year old son while my husband and I were at a nearby conference. The lake was calm and shallow just off the pier, so it was great for a young person to swim and play. We kayaked on the lake and enjoyed the peaceful yard. The cabin itself is rustic but very comfortable, even for 4 adults and a small person. The sleeping porch and deck in particular were a great place to hang out. Bernadette and her family made everything so easy for us, we would return in a heartbeat!

Thanks for the use of the camp. my sons and I had a great time. We loved being able to boat and swim right from the backyard. My boys were outside all day and I was able to get some well needed relaxing time.
We're all looking forward to coming back to the camp.
