SUMMER SPECIAL, $1750 per week for remaining weeks. Surrounded by serene woods, this inviting Cape has much to offer! It features a sunny breezeway/ den that connects to a large eat-in kitchen and spacious living/ dining areas. Three bedrooms (2 second level & 1 main level-2 queens, 1 double, and 1 set of twins,) 2 full baths, outdoor shower, wifi, bikes, ping pong table, and all the beach equipment. Air Conditioning Units in all 3 bedrooms! TV’s in livingroom, main level master and upstairs bedrooms. All the amenities! Sleeps 8 comfortably. Just .5 mile to Pilgrim Lake and 3 miles to Nauset Beach. 1.7 acres and great patio for outside dining over looking the garden. NO PETS ALLOWED. $1750 per week in season. $60 Handling Fee, $55 Vacation Rental Damage Coverage (fees non-refundable).
