Gorgeous Great Room with Cathedral Ceiling and "46 inch TV, leads to a large deck overlooking acres of beautiful conservation land. There is also an awning on the deck for added enjoyment outside as you read, birdwatch and/or simply relax. This home is only 400 yards to Mill Pond and Nauset Harbor and a short drive to Nauset Beach! $3500/week in season.$60 Handling Fee, $55 Vacation Rental Damgae Coverage (both fees non-refundable).
