A charming Bungalow style home that has undergone some recent updates, this cottage includes two bedrooms, one and a half baths, kitchen, living room, formal dining room, laundry, and a small back yard. The house sits two blocks from Camden Harbor with its shopping, restaurants, and harbor park.
A hikers dream, Harden Avenue sits at the base of Mount Battie, the cornerstone of the Camden Hills State Park. The half mile trail to hike Mount Battie is just a short distance from the front door of the cottage. The famous view from the top of the mountain is well worth the 1 hour hike.
