You enter the home by climbing seven steps into the back hall and walk straight ahead into the kitchen (with dishwasher), to the right is the dining area with a round table that seats 10-12 and a living room with an open feeling and sliders to the large deck. There are beautiful views of the large yard which is great for group activities and a path to the beach and water. To the left of the hall is a full bath and the Master Bedroom (#1) with 1 King bed and sliders to the large deck. Bedroom #2 is small with 1 Queen and stairs leading outside. Off the kitchen is the door to the lower level where the A/C is located. To the left is Bedroom #3 with 1 King & 1 Twin and access to the back yard. To your right is Bedroom #4 with 2 Twins. There is a small bathroom with steps that children love up to the tub. Bedroom #5 has 1 King, Bedroom #5 has 2 Twins with trundles. The downstairs is carpeted and each bedroom has a TV except the one with the trundle beds. The yard is ideal for many sports such as football, croquette, horseshoes, baseball and volleyball.
