Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4)

Are you ready to relax? Our 3rd floor beach front condo will do the trick! Located directly on the powder white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Gorgeous views! Just located 1 mile north of the famous 'Johns Pass' area. Enjoy all the convenience of home in our fully furnished and decorated two bath, two bedroom condo with wrap around balcony on the Gulf of Mexico.

Master bedroom has a king bed, Master Bath with two Granite top cabinets, Travertine tile and a luxurious two headed shower with seating area. Glass doors going out to the wrap around balcony.

Kitchen fully stocked to make gourmet meals or have something delivered with just a phone call. All new GE appliances, Wine cooler and separate stand a lone ice maker. Kitchen bar seats 4 people and the dining area seats 6. Plenty of space for guests.

Laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

About The Owner

My husband and I live in Tampa...just 30 minutes a way. We have raised our children with beautiful summers on Madeira Beach. I am a native of Florida and grew up on the beach. We chose to purchase this condo when our kids were small knowing they wouldn't know a summer without the beach life. We have so many wonderful memories and hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. Whether you are young or older...there is so much to do along the coast. Wonderful Restaurants, beach bars, shops and of course the famous 'Candy Kitchen'!

Why The Owner chose Madeira Beach

This rental location is ideal because of the beautiful beaches, clear Gulf waters, proximity of the unit to restaurants, shops, the Airport, Busch Gardens and Orlando theme parks.

What makes this condo unique

Our building is only 10 stories. Only four units per floor with a total of 40 units in the building. It's only a monthly rental because of the bi-laws of the building. Which leads to its quiet, relaxing environment. 80% of the owners either live in the building year round or its their 2nd vacation home. There are only a couple of units that actually rent out.
