Wheelchair friendly design makes this house unusually spacious with no steps to reach the house, decks, or pool.

Level 1: Bedroom (Duo & Bunk), Game room w/ Foosball, kitchenette & TV, full bath, access to pool and boardwalk to soundfront dock with steps into the water.

Level 2: Handicap Accessible Master Bedroom (King) with whirlpool tub and deck access, Master Bedroom (Queen) with private deck, Bedroom (Bunk), full hall bath, media room with large screen TV and stereo with surround sound.

Level 3: Handicap Accessible Master Bedroom (King) with garden tub and private deck with soundfront views, Great Room with gas fireplace, dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar, half bath.

Nice house, Good Value

Overall, our stay was very pleasant. The lack of a clean top floor I'm sure was a simple oversight...the lack of internet was an issue, but really the only one we encountered. My family and I felt the property represented very good value and overall was very nice. The home was pleasant, kitchen well stocked with plates, pots, pans etc, the dock was very nice and the pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. We enjoyed our time a great deal and had an excellent vacation in the Outer Banks.

Well equipped with great sound views!

Property was very well-equipped. We were pleasantly surprised to find bicycles, crab pots, and pool toys. Kitchen had everything we needed and then some. (No need to bring some of the utensils and gadgets we packed.) The furnishings were comfortable and in surprisingly good condition considering the constant use.
