This is my 3rd time staying in the Baker/Ibarra apartment. The concierge even says hello now and we have a short conversation like neighbors do. I love the warm and cost atmosphere of the apartment. Everything is there once you walk in. The kitchen is well appointed and ready for cooking, if you have the desire. The bed is super comfortable and the bathroom is fine. All is clean and spotless. Its best features are the quiet, the location in the Marais, the top notch security, as well as being on the ground floor. The welcome book has clear instructions for every appliance in the apartment. This was a big plus, as it is hard to take it all in when arriving. Baltazar or Chris is there to greet me promptly when I arrive. I have no negatives to add. I have recommended this apartment to friends and they have loved it too.
We had the pleasure of renting this lovely apartment in the heart of the Marais. We were impressed by Jose's quick and friendly response by phone to our inquiry. The apartment is situated in a vibrant neighbourhood that has all of your needs in the surrounding area, yet it is very peaceful once you arrive after a busy day of touring, sightseeing or just exploring the quaint and colorful neighbourhood. The apartment is within walking distance of many of the famous sights (Notre Dame, Seine, Louvre, Les Halle's, etc.). Special mention for the rain shower and comfortable bed!
We were equally impressed by Baltazars friendly and ready availability if we had questions or needed instructions on the well equipped and up to date amenities in the apartment. The Gardienne, Mme Olivier, who tends to the lovely courtyard was very friendly and helpful when we had questions.
Our two week stay in Paris was a dream come true and we look forward to returning for another stay in the same apartment, hopefully in the not to distant future.

My wife and i stayed here twice on the same trip. It's a beautiful, well-furnished, comfortable apartment.
On the first floor in the back of a courtyard, it's insulated from the street. We felt like it was our haven in Paris.
The apartment is centrally located n the Marais and near the Seine. Wonderful cafes and bakeries right down the street.
My highest recommendation!
My husband and I spent 3 days nights in this beautiful apartment in the Marais. We were really delighted with the apartment. Jose has excellent tast, and his attention to every possible detail is amazing. Aside from being beautiful to look at, the apartment is very comfortable, and has everything one could possibly want. From the moment I inquired Jose was very on top of every detail, and made this a lovely experience. Also, the location is perfect! We would love to come back.
This was the best accomodation (hotels, B&Bs, rentals, etc.) experience ever in all my years of travel. The apartment was elegant, comfortable, well equipped and very clean. After hours of being out and about in Paris, it was a peaceful haven to come home to. The owner and on-site rep were very helpful, responsive and welcoming. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the best restaurants and shopping in the Marais and we also felt completely safe. I would definitely recommend this apartment in particular to friends and family visiting Paris.
This apartment is wonderfully located right between two popular and easy to reach Metro stops! There is a true neighborhood feeling to the area. You can walk right out the front door to a lots of great cafes and pastry, butcher and bread shops. Even great wine stores are close by. The apartment building was being renovated while we were there so the courtyard was not usable. Some outside tables and chairs on the courtyard would be nice. The bed was comfy. All amenities were included. Plenty of storage. Living room window was close to street...ground floor...so it was a little noisy when cars and scooters went by but not too annoying unless you want to sleep really late. Overall this a nice apartment and a good choice. We would recommend it to our friends. Jose and staff were very gracious to meet us for early check in since no one had been there the night before. Cleaning staff had done a GREAT job!!!
Historically significant, chic and much sought after, the Marais offers an abundance of important museums, restaurants and shopping within a true Parisian neighborhood setting.
This newly renovated one bedroom apartment is a short walk to the Pompidou Center, Place des Vosges, Picasso Museum, Carnavalet (Museum of the History of Paris) and Notre Dame.
