Beautiful water views from this 3 bed 2 bath house. Beach pass included in rental. Located in the Matunuck area of South Kingstown on Prospect Road. 2 first floor bedrooms and 1 lower level bedroom. Sleeps 5 or 7 with sleeper sofa in lower living room.
