Very nice and newly redecorated home with double garage, microwave, whirlpool tub, washer, dryer, cable TV (3), high speed/wireless Internet, phone (unlimited domestic long distance) and fenced pool area surrounded by award winning, tropical landscaping. View of Gulf from open deck, den and living room. This home sleeps six with two queen size beds and two twin beds. On the free island trolley line, close to shopping and restaurants.

  • DEPOSITS:
    There is a $500.00 Performance/Damage deposit on weekly rentals.
    Monthly rentals require a 25% Performance / Damage deposit.
    This initial payment serves as your deposit and is required to secure your reservation.
    This deposit is payable by either Visa or MasterCard.
    The amount of deposit will be deducted from the final payment, however the card number will still be held to compensate the landlord for any excessive cleaning charges or damages.
    Some units do require a higher performance/damage deposit.
    Forfeited deposits will not exceed the total cost of rental.
    No refunds will be made due to inclement weather, no-shows or early departure.
    TAX:
    Rentals of less than six months are subject to Florida State Sales Tax of 6.5% and Manatee County Resort Tax of 4%.

    Credit cards are accepted for deposits ONLY; we do not accept credit cards for rent.

    PERFORMANCE/DAMAGE DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION

    Special rates apply to these
  • four holiday weeks: Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

    4/30/08-1/15/09 $1260 weekly7 day minimum
