Our family has been vacationing in Florida since the mid nineties. We have always dreamed of owning a property in Florida which became a reality in Jan 2023. We fell in love with this newly built home in 2022 and its central location. The lure of the waters, silky white sands, palm trees and abundance of sunshine never faded!
We live in MN. We have 2 daughters, 2 son in laws, 2 grand kids and 4 grand pups!
We have always enjoyed hosting parties, guests and cook outs. We have taken that passion and focused it on our new venture of hosting short term vacations. We tried to put in place a vacation home that you will love to visit over and over again. We are in the process of installing a beautiful pool with a sun ledge, extending the back paver patio all around the pool and finishing off with a screened in lanai.
We have a guest book at the home with a list of some of our favorites beached, places to eat etc.

Welcome to this beach themed open concept home built in 2022.
Large living room w/ cathedral ceilings & accent lighting, a 65" smart TV, comfortable seating for 6 with 5 that recline, oversized patio doors that bring in beautiful views of the back yard. Board games, playing cards etc are tucked away in the TV console for your use & quality family time.
The modern kitchen has quartz counters, an enormous center island measuring over 10 ft long with a stainless steel farmhouse sink & a full house reverse osmosis system to provide you w/ quality water throughout the home. The kitchen is well stocked w/ cooking & baking essentials, glassware, dinnerware etc. Full sized stainless steel dishwasher, refrigerator & range/oven. Unique coffee bar w/ keurig, traditional coffee maker & microwave oven.
Dining room has seating for six & an amazing inviting real life picture of Boca Grande (a must visit beach while in town). The beautiful dining room set is made of solid acacia wood with a slightly distressed chalk and cocoa finish w/ a rustic charm.
The main bedroom is large & comes w/ a 55" TV, a king size bed, 2 end tables, dresser & wardrobe which accommodates additional storage needs. Accent tray ceiling with fan & lots of lighting. The room has access to the covered back patio through a large patio door. (walk in closet is locked off for owner's cleaning supplies etc)
Stunning private bath has a walk in shower, relaxation tub & double sinks. There is plenty of storage for personal items in the linen closets.
2nd bedroom comes with a queen size bed & closet with custom wooden shelves for additional storage, a smart TV, 2 night stands & a ceiling fan.
3rd bedroom w/ 2 twin beds & closet w/ custom wooden shelves.
There is a full size stainless steel washer & dryer in the laundry room.
Covered patio w/ brick pavers w/ outdoor dining table for 6, fridge, cook top, sink, faucet & grill to enjoy the wooded surroundings!

Hurricane impact windows and doors. A whole house reverse osmosis system providing you with good quality water for drinking, bathing etc.

We do provide a propane tank for the outdoor gas grill and cook top. However, we do not guarantee the gas. Please check the gas before cooking or grilling.
Walmart, Publix, Aldi, and many shops and restaurants about 5 mins away. We recommend First Watch for a sumptuous breakfast/brunch. Boca Lupo, coal fired pizza, Il Primo pizza is a good affordable alternative. Kids get to make and bake their own pizza! Check with the restaurant for their specials and events. Another favorite of ours is Smokin Jerry's Tiki Hut in Placida.

World class deep sea fishing, Myakka State Forest, biking, fishing, kayaking boat cruises....

Pick your beach: Boca Grande, Englewood beach, Venice and Nokomis beach are all within 21 miles from here. Englewood beach being 17.2 miles. So many beautiful beaches with their own personalities!

A golf lover's paradise with several golf courses near by.

Warm Mineral Springs is within 5 miles and is the only hot spring in Florida. Warm Mineral Springs maintains a constant year round temperature of 86-87F, contains 9 million gallons of fresh water which replenishes itself every two hours. This natural resource is comprised of 51 minerals, which is the highest mineral content of any natural spring in the United States. Warm Mineral Springs is considered a health spa and visited by thousands of people seeking the warm soothing mineral waters believed to be helpful in healing many ailments. It has been added to the Register of Historic places.

Historic Punta Gorda is across the bridge over Peace River. Take a walk on the bridge and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets! Check out Fisherman's Village with it's boutique style shops and restaurants. We recommend TT's Tiki Bar on Charlotte Harbor. Great food, games, music and fun!
