Luxury Trailside unit. Ski-In/Ski-out to the Grammy Jay trail steps from your front door. The view from the living room is of Jay Peak Mountain. Since the condo is only 36 months old you will enjoy a new kitchen. Unit includes free Internet service, cable TV, DVD, VCR, and a gas fireplace. One bedroom has a Queen size bed and master bathroom while the other bedroom offers two bunk beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room and a washer / dryer in the hallway. In summer and fall you can enjoy a brand new championship golf course, outdoor swimming pool, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, tram rides and tennis courts. The unit also has an fully furnished outdoor deck, gas grill, and ceiling fans.
