Spacious 4BR 2BA Lakefront Home w/ Sleeping Loft & Full Lakeside Deck

100 feet of frontage on 100 acre, pristine, all-sports Lake 15 in Atlanta. With less than 20 properties on the lake, you can enjoy watercraft sports in a uncrowded setting. Included with rental is a 9hp fishing boat, kayak, paddle boat and a canoe for relaxing exploration of lake. Excellent fishing with bass, pike, trout, and easy to catch pan fish for the kids. Close to golf at Elk Ridge, Garland in Lewiston, and Treetops in Gaylord. There is an abundance of state land in Montmorency County and many snowmobile trails during the winter months.

The two-story home is clean, spacious and comfortable with lots of sleeping space. Knotty pine interior in the first level for that 'Up-North' feel. Large, bright windows in all rooms. Two bedrooms have queen beds, 3rd has twin beds, 4th w/full/twin bunk, two pull-out sofas plus large open area upstairs. There is a full bath upstairs and another one down. Large, deep, grassy lot with room to pitch a tent for the kids.

Fishing and Water Recreation on All-Sports Lake: Included in rental: Paddle Boat, Kayak, 9 hp Fishing Boat, Canoe,

Activities: All-sports lake with landing to put in boats. Lake 15 has great fishing and there are many other lakes in the area to explore.

Make s'mores and watch the stars at the lakeside firepit.

Amenities: Fully furnished kitchen with Dishwasher and Microwave, Gas & Charcoal Grills, Washer & Dryer, 2 large TVs with Dish Network.

Golf at nearby Elk Ridge in Atlanta, Garland in Lewiston, Thunder Bay in Hillman or Treetops in Gaylord.

The ferry to Mackinac Island is an 1 & 1/2 hour drive for a day trip.

Quiet Northeastern Michigan location clean spring-fed all-sports lake. Close to golf, snowmobile trails, state hunting land and many inland lakes. Great fishing for pike, trout, bass and perch. Atlanta is the Elk Capital of Michigan. Kayak and paddleboat on Lake 15 or bring your boat for skiing and tubing. Part of the ThunderBay River system which you can canoe or kayak. Many day trip possibilities- an hour and 1/2 drive to the ferry to charming Mackinac Island, 35 minutes to shopping in Gaylord, 45 minutes to National Marine Sancuatary in Alpena.
