This charming waterfront home with its own sandy beach is situated in a private community, within a quick bike ride of Marion’s quaint harbor village, yet only an hour’s drive from Boston. It is one of the few summer homes in the area with its own private swimming beach on Marion’s outer harbor. Enjoy water sports, boating, shell collecting and sand castle building just steps from the home’s expansive deck. The deck is the perfect location for viewing the nearly daily sailing races or keeping a careful eye on children playing on the beach. The home’s privacy is sheltered and protected because of its distance from a private road and is surrounded by rhododendrons, oak and cedar trees. Despite the secluded nature of this property, tennis and dock areas are just a short walk down a private road.
