Wonderful Oceanfront Condo with Private Beach, Panoramic Ocean Views

Our 5 day visit couldn't have been more relaxing. From the moment we walked in, the condo felt very warm & welcoming. It appears to be well kept and is nicely equipped with all the amenities one could need. The view from the balcony is absolutely outstanding. The surf was up during our visit. Not only could we hear the waves but the larger waves could be felt as they crashed into the rocks below. The placement of the balcony is such that we almost forgot there were neighbors. We were a little skeptical about renting a condo for fear of having pesky neighbors but it was very quiet. Encounters with anyone in the complex let alone an immediate neighbor was rare. Being on the top floor definitely eliminated any issue of hearing people in the unit above you. We brought our 5 1/2 year old daughter & 3 1/2 year old son and were never really concerned for their safety or the safety of items in the unit (although we are blessed with two well behaved children). I wouldn't say it's child proof but it's as close as you can get with a rental type scenario. This is a unit you can rent with confidence. If we get North again we will definitely be repeat tenants.
