Great Room includes a dinning area and comfortable living area with exquisite furnishings.

The Kitchen is on a two-step split-level and flows into the great room, making your scenic view from it on uninterpretable. It is Design with an island/bar and is fully equipped with a side-by-side Fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, large cooker and dishwasher. Your entertainment Area is the unique spacious Loft (300sq ft), which again presents you with spectacular views of Caribbean Sea, the sandy beach nearby. (TV, DVD, Video players, cassette and CD stereo). Of the three master bedrooms at the villa, are two ensuites, which enjoys spectacular views, and open to their own patio. Ensuite#1 is very spacious (500 sq ft) and has a California King Size bed. It also has an ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi and a unique indoor/outdoor garden rain shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, walk in closet and an ensuite shower room. This room also enjoys a wonderful view and direct access to its patio.

All rooms have an alarm/clock radio There is a separate fully equipped laundry room for the housekeeper with a washer and dryer. From its spacious Sun deck, enjoy breathtaking and panoramic views of the beach, sea, champion golf course and cap estate. The pool deck is the only designated smocking area at Villa Gina. Golf: Benedict is the resident security and general maintenance person. He has his own separate apartment on the property and is there to assist all guests if they have any queries. Merlin is the housekeeper and an excellent cook. She will be happy to assist you with your shopping, and introduce you to some of the most sumptuous Creole dishes. She works from Sunday to Friday , 8am to 3:30pm. Staff salaries are inclusive in the published rates of the villa. Guests typically tip approximately US$25-$50 per individual guest per week, divided between Staff Your meals can be prepared for you in advance of your arrival and provisions purchased for your first breakfast. Tell us what type of meal you want and our island manager will organize it and your housekeeper will have it prepared for you. Alternatively, you can opt for the Mini or Bumper Start-Up Grocery Packs . Our housekeepers will be happy to accompany you on your first day's shopping if you wish.

The villa was perfect, as were the owners, Cosmos and Gina. Cosmos and Gina did everything to make our vacation carefree and simply enjoyable.
