Located above Great Cruz Bay in the venerable Virgin Grand Estates, Villa Andrea is now available for rental. This very spacious, brand new home has 4 very large equal master suites, all with king bedding and large bathrooms ensuite. Each bedroom opens out onto the deck with glorious water views. Best of all, every bedroom also has an interior entrance, with easy access from all points of the house!

The living areas are large and bright, with a lovely gourmet kitchen that opens into the great room and the views beyond. A comfortable seating area is perfect for relaxing after a day spent beach hopping, and a large interior dining table has seating for everyone.

On the lower level, you'll find the recreation center, complete with a pool table, flat screen TV and for those inclined to keep in shape on vacation, a treadmill. This huge space is the perfect place to enjoy a movie, or for the kids to gather.

The pool and deck areas are spacious and sunny, and the railings were built to offer unobstructed views of the Caribbean. You'll enjoy many a day cooling off in the inviting pool, then marvel at the multicolor sunset drops into the sea as dusk fades into evening.

The location is perfect, in the upscale gated neighborhood of the Virgin Grand Estates. It is set right above and adjacent to the Westin Resort. A green belt abuts the property, ensuring your peace and privacy. Stroll down a paved road to the Westin for dinner or to use their many world class amenities.
