Its location is ideal; The Golden Bay is a mid-point between Ft. Lauderdale and South Beach. This 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms unit has gorgeous waterway views and is fully equipped to hold up to 6 people. Why choose waterway view over Oceanview? Simply because you can appreciate the view not only at day time but at night time. Oceanview at night time is like looking at a black wall. The city is 1.7 miles long with one main road (Collins Avenue) running all the way along the Ocean to South Beach and its attractions and nightlife, which can be reached with a 25 minutes drive. This beachfront community is surrounded by luxury waterfront golf communities and by the sophisticated Bal Harbour (with its finest shops and restaurants to its South) and Aventura (with its famous Aventura Mall), and the beaches of Hallandale and Hollywood to its north, where Ft. Lauderdale can also be easily reached with just a few more minutes of driving.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $160-270/Night | $1,000-1,700/Week | $2,800-4,200/Month
  • 1. Booking/Reservations Call our office at 305-944-0744 and our sales person will assist you in finding availability of properties and rates. After finding a property that best fits your needs, we will fax/email a contract to you that you must sign and send back to us in order to complete the reservation process.
    2. Reservation Fee The initial reservation fee you will pay when making your reservation will become the security deposit when you move into the premises. One Bedrooms: $500, 2 bedrooms: $1000.

    3. Full Payment Due Date Full payment of the rental property is to be paid 30 days before you are scheduled to arrive.

    4. Taxes The taxes you pay on Miami Beach properties consist of 7% Florida State Sales Tax, 3% Miami Beach Resort Tax and 3% Dade County Resort Tax. The properties outside Miami Beach consist of 7% Florida State Sales Tax and 3% Dade County Resort Tax. Taxes will not be charged if property is rented over a 6-month period.
  • 5. Parking: One Covered Parking Space is included with your rental.
    6. Pets No pets allowed.
    7. Smoking All our properties are non-smoking.
    8. Viewing Property Prior To Renting We will be happy to show you a property before you rent by making an appointment with our property manager, just as long as the property is not currently occupied.
    9. Check In/Check Out Check in time is at 3:00 P.M. Check out time is at 10:00 A.M. Should the vacationer fail to vacate the property at the proper time, an additional day will be charged to the vacationer’s credit card or taken from the security deposit.
    10. Walk Through in / Out Our property manager will perform a walk through when moving in and departing our properties. You will be able to check everything with him and he will show you around the premises.
    11. Out of Business Hour Arrivals A lockbox code will be provided if arriving to one of our apartments or an appointment with our property will be scheduled.
