Villa Eden is a magnificent 5 bedroom villa located in a beautiful and very private setting surrounded by a lush garden with a 40 foot freshwater pool at the edge of the Caribbean sea.

A wooden deck for sunbathing, relaxing and for watching incredible sunsets is located 10 steps from the pool at the edge of the water with a ladder to assist you to the crystal clear water in front of the villa, which upon entry is 4 feet deep with a sandy bottom.

To swim or snorkel there is a treat reserved for the few.

The villa is luxurious open and spacious with all 5 bedrooms facing the Caribbean with an ocean view. Each of the bedrooms opens to a small-balcony or the pool garden and has its own bathroom.

In addition to the large pool and ocean there is a third floor roof top with a Jacuzzi for breathtaking views.

The best diving destinations in the world are a one to 10 minute boat ride away.

If you are looking for your own private retreat and to wake up to the sound of the ocean in a luxurious and private nature like setting, on a charming and safe Mexican Caribbean island, a place that’s you forget all the world’s worries, come and enjoy Villa Eden.

As always we provide and use only the finest appliances, furniture, fixtures, mattresses etc... available to us. We make our villas a "touch above" in Cozumel, and as luxurious as possible. We know what you, our guests are looking for in a luxury vacation villa and we go out of our way to find it.
