Our home has 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom in the hallway and large 3/4 bath in the Master. Enjoy cooking with family & friends in the large fully equipped dine-in kitchen or have a BBQ (eat in kitchen, living room or backyard). Living room has a fireplace and skylight with vaulted ceiling. Park your car/motorcycle in the garage and two cars in driveway.
TV's in each bedroom, I Pod docking in living room. Bring your laptop! Wireless Wi-Fi throughout. Queen Bed in Master, Queen in 2nd Bedroom, two twin beds in third, two thick air mattresses for additional guests. Private enclosed backyard perfect for lounging, dining al fresco and enjoying the sun.
RENTAL: $1625 a week plus $600 security deposit. Price includes taxes, cleaning, processing. Home is fully equipped including all towels and linens. (Holiday premium fee of 10% for major holidays such as Memorial Day, 4th of July, etc.) Shorter stays also possible.
Seven (7) night stay (excluding holidays) averages $252.50 a night including taxes, cleaning and fees.
There's so much to do or you can just hang out at the house and backyard. Just grab your bikini and suntan lotion and head out to the beach. We have everything you need, umbrella, chairs, cooler, sand toys and beach towels. BBQ in the backyard and relax!
Swim, surf, sunbathe - enjoy a boat trip to the Channel Islands, whale watching in season, observing pelicans, dolphins and other marine life. Perfectly situated for visiting Santa Barbara, artists' Ojai, Solvang, Malibu & L.A. and central coastal wineries. Cruz along spectacular PCH 1. Stop in Malibu, maybe you'll see a star or two. Visit the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Air Force 1. Shop 'til you drop at the Camarillo Outlet Stores. Lots of festivals and events in area and surrounds. We'll let you know the best places to visit and to dine.
