This quiet and relaxing 2 bedroom/2 bath end unit is in the perfect location on the 1st fairway of the vista course.It is within walking distance to the club house, tennis courts, fitness center, health spa and driving range.There is also a pool and jacuzzi close to the unit. The patio features a gas grill and outdoor dining were you can view the majestic San Jacinto mountain range and sunsets. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen, wine storage cooler and a breakfast bar and indoor dining area.There is an entertainment center with TV and DVD, CD player and also internet connection. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and private bathroom with a double sink.The guest bedroom has 2 single beds and a guest bathroom with a skylight. This a very bright and cozy unit with new tiles throughout the living area, you will thoroughly enjoy your stay here.

We purchased this condo 5 years ago to escape the busyness of city living.We chose Cathederal City for its central location,bordering the popular surrounding cities of Palm Springs,Rancho Mirage,Palm Desert and Palm Springs International airport.All providing quick and easy access to the 10 fwy and hwy 111 for shopping,theaters,restaurants,casinos and a myriad of golf courses

What makes this condo unique

The condo is located in a secure gated community with a beautifully maintained 27 hole championship golf course with easy access to the clubhouse.The magnificent San Jacinto mountains and spectacular sunsets are a daily view.The charming end unit is a perfect distance from the lovely pool and jacuzzi simply a few steps away while still offering precious privacy.
