This vacation home is located 12 miles North of Michigan’s favorite vacation destination, Traverse City and 5 miles south of the quaint Village of Suttons Bay. This location is one of the few places on the Leelanau Peninsula where there is a true Southern exposure-direct sun all day and the lights of Traverse City competing with the stars for your attention during the evening hours. This vacation home is nestled in a mature wooded setting with plenty of elbow room for the kids to roam. Cross the street (35 mph) and there is one hundred feet of white, sugar sand, private beach for you to enjoy. The water is perfect for young children, shallow and a sandy bottom. Swim and sunbath during the day and each evening you’ll gather around the (beach) bonfire telling stories & watching shooting stars! Boat mooring!

The 1350 square-foot home features an open floor plan, oak flooring, bead board paneling, a fireplace and a 36-by-10-foot outside deck offering expansive Bay views. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath with shower. The second bedroom has a single bed, a two bed bunk bed and a double bed and sleeps five. The sleeper sofa in the TV area can accommodate two more if needed for a maximum guest total of eight people. The main bathroom has a bathtub and shower unit, and dryer for your use. Cable TV, a VCR and high-speed Internet connection will be available.
We do not allow smoking within the residence nor are pets allowed inside at any time.
