This is a charming home for relaxing/entertaining family and old/new friends. Conveniently located in a friendly serene community aptly named 'Green Valley'. This active retirement community hosts restaurants, shops, and services galore.
This light filled home features a back yard secluded by an 8 ft pineapple/guava hedge. Multiple seating areas served by an in-line gas grill. The back lit hedge, soft trickling of water from the fountain make sitting around the Chimenia of glowing wood coals a magical experience.
The newly tiled kitchen boasts a new Gas Stove/Oven and Microwave. The dining table seating 6 or more affords a lovely view of the beautifully vegetated rear patio. A wide variety of stemware/tablelinen/candles and china make this ideal for elegant funfilled gatherings. Like the rest of the home the adjacent living room is well appointed with unique and original southwest art.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, TV, and an office/study area leading to French doors that take you out to the Pergola. The guest room (TV) has twin beds arranged as a queen sized bed but can be easily separated. Both Mexican flavored bathrooms are well stocked with linens and creature comforts.

I was completely captivated with Green Valley the very moment I arrived-clear blue sky, bright sunshine, incredible landscape, resplendent birdlife, cacti and waving palm fronds/was I really in paradise? When my dad died unexpectedly, my Mom lamented that they never traveled his parents honeymoon path to the Grand Canyon. Six months later, Mom and I flew to Tucson to collect a rental car and our long time friend in Green Valley. After three weeks of breathtaking canyon views we returned to Green Valley. The ladies went to church and I went in search of a good bottle of wine. Enroute I came upon an Open House sign, went in and needless to say, I returned without a bottle of wine, but with a new home instead!
