Vintage cottage on Lake Megunticook in Camden
A turn of the century lakefront camp on Megunticook Lake, overlooking Barrett's Cove and Maiden's Cliff. Less than four miles to the center of Camden. Beautiful views, peaceful wooded setting. Good swimming. There is a kerosene furnace for chilly fall evenings.
Comfortable and campy. Screened in porch overlooking the water, mountains, and visitng wildlife (Loons, ducks, many song birds, and chipmunks). There is a dock and float. Outside picnic table for leisurely dining while enjoying the great views. There is a nice collection of books and games in the cottage.
Enter into living room and kitchen is to your left, and a bedroom with two twin beds and bathroom with shower to your right. At the far end of the room is the dining area and door to the screened porch. There is a half bath accessed from the porch.
At the top of the very narrow stairs is a bedroom with a queen bed, further on is a bedroom with two twins, it faces east has wonderful views of the lake and mountains and the sunrise!
