The charming accommodation has 3 levels and 200 sq. meters of living space, as well as 1000 sq. meters of private garden. The villa is a great location for almost any kind of vacation; meditative walks into the mountains, sunny afternoons by the private beach, day trips to the Borromeo Islands, shopping in nearby Milan, or ventures into Switzerland just half an hour away. Villa Statal is furnished with style and is spacious and comfortable, an ideal rental for people who want to be walking distance from the center of a village. All bedrooms have mosquito screens and fans. Cars can be parked inside the property. The lake can be accessed by the private small beach a few footsteps away or you can sunbathe on the large terrace over the small secret harbor. Just behind the villa is a small and inexpensive pizzeria, and a sporting center with tennis and pool is located a few meters away. All shops in the village are 700 meters (of easy road), there, you can find grocery shops, restaurants, ferries to other lake towns, and take out delicious meals at the nearby gastronomic shop. Arona is 4km to the south and Stresa is 10km to the north. Two golf courses are 10-15 minutes drive, with several less than a half hour away. The ground floor of Villa Statal has a cheerful living room with sofa, armchairs, and two large windows framing the view of the garden and lake. The dining room is immediately adjacent to the living room and has a dining table for 8 people. An efficient eat-in kitchen is equipped with 4 burner gas stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and washing machine. The first floor has two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The first bedroom is the orange bedroom that has a King bed and beautiful lake views. The second bedroom is the blue bedroom with two large twin beds (for this reason they cannot be combined), this room also has windows towards the road. The shared bathroom on this floor has a sink, toilet, and tub with separated shower. The second floor has the third bedroom known as the pink bedroom. It has two twin beds (they can be combined) and large windows facing the lake. The bathroom on the third floor has a sink, toilet, and bathtub. All bedrooms have mosquito screens and fans. Beach towels are provided. Cleaning included is 2 hrs/each Wednesday and Saturday, additional hours on request at 10 euros per hour. Cars can be parked inside the property.
