Attractive and comfortable home

This home is beautiful, and was plenty spacious enough for four adults. The finishes are lovely, allowing us to relax in our evening hours. The homeowner was open about the neighborhood you drive through to get to the house looking a little rough, but at no time in our stay did I feel unsafe (with my mother and aunt who are in their 80s, and my sister and I). While there are a lot of families in the neighborhood it was nice and quiet. The homeowner is very easy to reach for questions or information on the area, and a delight to work with! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Awesome vacation

The rental property was just as listed. The game room and enclosed porch were nice bonuses. The beds were very comfortable. We definitely used the charcoal grill outback as well as the beach chairs and umbrellas left in the shed. The neighborhood hoods was pretty quiet. I'd say the only negative was that one of the neighbors was kinda of a dick when I was just trying to make conversation one evening. Maybe he doesn't like people. I'll talk to anyone. Who knows.
