Beautiful 5BR 2BA Two-story Victorian Home Built 1835 All Modern Conveniences

Two story Victorian home, built in 1835, five bedrooms with full size beds and 1 single bedroom. The home sets on 10 acres, so there is plenty of parking space. Sleeps nine people, everything furnished except the food and drinks. The best linens, china dishes, Jennair cook-top, Subzero fridge, ice maker, dishwasher, hot water dispenser, jet tub, chandelier, master pieces pictures, decorated to the 1835 era. Original hardwood floors downstairs and Victorian carpeting up stairs, exterior leaded doors and French doors to each bedroom. Washer and dryer upstairs. Wow! You won't believe it!, this is great for church groups , family reunions, get togethers, it is a place to take a quiet break from it all and a place you wont forget, antiquing in Holly and Fenton, beautiful trails on 10 acres.Also a wonderful welcome gift for you to take home .

I stayed here for a weekend while skiing at nearby Mt. Holly. It was secluded and private, yet not far from "downtown" Holly. The house was extremely quaint and I felt like I had a whole bed and breakfast to myself! There were so many interesting decorations to look at. There was land behind the house that was also fun for hiking. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could imagine or need... a home away from home. I also left a jewelry box at the house which was promptly mailed to me by the owner without hesitation. Karen is honest and thoughtful!
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Romantic Getaway

I rented this house for myself and 3 grown children and my ex-wife. I told them it looked really unique in the pictures but I could tell nobody really expected anything more than a plain rental house. This place was amazing! We never tired of just looking around at all the unique things this house was decorated with, it was almost like living in a museum or antique store. It also seemed anything we needed in the way of food or supplies was there if we looked long enough. If anyone is looking for a very different experiance in lodging, this is the place and very reasonably priced for a large family.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
