This unit was perfect for my family with easy access to the mountain. The unit was clean and comfortable - the pictures on VRBO do it justice. While a convenient shuttle ran frequently from the unit to the base, we generally drove to the base (all of a 2 minute drive). The one morning where we got a late start (11:00), the parking lots had filled up and we wound up parking in the lot furthest from the base. I realized as I was walking from this farthest parking lot that the unit was only another hundred yards up the road so it is certainly walkable (albeit a bit of a trek in ski boots).

The unit was outfitted with everything to enjoy a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped should you want to eat in (I'll admit, we limited our eating in to breakfasts) with a BBQ on the patio next to the hot tub. The grocery store in Park City was a 10 minute drive. As noted in another traveler's review, the only "complaint" was the size of the garage. We rented a mid-size SUV and found that it was a tight squeeze, though it worked.

Deanna was a pleasure to work with and takes great pride in sharing this home as well as her knowledge of Deer Valley. I would definitely recommend it to friends and realtives and will certainly be a return visitor in the future.

This condo is amazing! We loved it. We were SO glad we chose this condo over the others we researched. The decorating style was really nice and the pride of ownership and wanting to take care of the property was refreshing to see in someone else. We are sort of known as clean 'freaks' ourselves. We loved that they requested hand washing their cookware, the squegee in the shower, the corner guards, the clearly written and clearly posted directions, the indoor/outdoor thermometer on the kitchen counter, the non clutter feel, and all the other detail I am not remembering to mention. Everything was so VERY cool and so clean. Like we read in other reviews it was beyond expectations in person. Oh, AND, the beds were super comfy too!

We previously rented a condo on the other side of Deer Valley from Deanna. Even though we loved that location, we trust Deanna after renting multiple times from her, so when she sold that condo and bought this one, we decided to give it a go. All I can say is WOW! Great location near the front entrance to Deer Valley and a short drive to Main Street, or you could take the buses which run in front of the condo regularly. The Condo itself is just like the pictures- beautiful, spacious. My only negative comment is that the garage is tight if you rent a big SUV, as we did. We nearly always just parked outside, so it wasn't a big deal.
