Condo vacationing at it's finest. View Mt. Washington from the living/dining area windows. First level, easy access condo is fully equipped for leisure vacation living. Large living/dining room is bright and airy for relaxing or playing provided games and puzzles. A video rental store is at the bottom of the hill. Read books from the free exchange library. Bedrooms are comfortable and roomy for a family of six. Hike in the White Mountains nearby or on the wooded trails adjacent to Jackson, NH. Walk down the road to visit Storyland Amusement Park with the young ones. Swim at Echo Lake State Park , the river beaches, or at the private pools and hot tubs nearby. Enjoy the various nearby rivers, ride the Wildcat Mt. Gondola and the new Zip Rider or Mt. Washington cog railway or drive up the auto road. Outlet shopping is nearby in North Conway along with many casual and fine restaurants.

  • Weekend is F,S,S till 2 pm. June/$360, July/Aug-$375
    Nightly is 3 night minimum. June- $145/night July/Aug-$150/night
    June weeks(7 nights)- $870 July/Aug weeks(7 nights)-$900
    9% NH bed tax added
    50% to hold reservation. $300 SEPARATE SECURITY DEPOSIT and remaining rent to be paid 2 weeks prior rental for key to be mailed.
  • CLEANING and one set up of LINENS for 6 are INCLUDED in rental fee. Bring own Pool towels.
    NO ADDITIONAL FEES OTHER THAN SECURITY DEPOSIT AND NH 9% TAX.

    CANCELLATION OF RENTAL within 30-7 days of start of rental period will result in forfeiture of 1/2 deposit and paid rent and taxes. CANCELLATION within 7 days of start of rental will forfeiture all payments, except security, unless a renter is found for same rental period.

Perfect for a family getaway

Our family found the condo to be the perfect home base while exploring the White Mountains. There's a beautiful mountain view and all the comforts of home. My husband thought I was pretty clever for finding such a nice place to stay. Our two sons (3 and 5) enjoyed using the bunk beds in their own room. The big puzzle collection was also a hit. We liked the close proximity to Storyland, without having to deal with the traffic in North Conway. Besides Storyland we did a lot of hiking and also enjoyed a day at Santa's Village (about 40-60 minutes away). The pools at the local motel (thanks to an arrangement through the owner) were also very nice. There was excellent communication with the owner and the security deposit was returned in a timely manner. We look forward to visiting again!

Really Great

I stayed here in June with my three children, ages 4-6 and my husband. Beats a hotel anytime. The place was comfortable, clean and child-friendly. The owner is very nice and added a few details that we liked: the puzzles, the telescope, the games. Kitchen is well equipped and the washer/dryer are convenient. My kids loved the bunk beds which were very safe. The only thing I'd change is to upgrade the comforters/sheets and mattresses (especially the master bed room) and to keep under the beds clear so we can easily clean out and not wonder forever what we may have dropped there.

We recently stayed at this condo for 4 days/3 nights and it was just perfect for us! It was very conveniently located near Storyland and Mt. Washington. Also close to a convenience store/pizza shop and a grocery store down the street. The condo was clean, well maintained and very comfortable for us (2 adults and 2 children). The owner was *very* easy to work with, answered all of my questions, was very trustworthy and returned our security deposit extremely promptly! The house was well stocked with everything we needed (plates, glasses, games, etc) and to top it all of, it had beautiful views! I can't say enough good things about it! We hope to stay there again next year! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!

Great family fun!

This was our first summer trip to the area in years, and we had a super time. The condo was perfect for a great family vacation. Having a well stocked kitchen was a big plus, enabling us to cook & eat family style all week, rather than having to eat out for every meal. Having the DVD player was also a great asset, allowing us to enjoy movies in the evening with the children. Plenty of space, nicely decorated, wonderful views of the mountains. We would highly recommend!

A Family Friendly Rental

Rented this condo with my son, daughter-in-law, and their two little girls. It was perfect for us, clean and well-maintained, comfortable, and stocked with whatever is needed when one first moves in (very helpful for us due to a night arrival). The decorations are fun and make one feel that a family lives there. We found the Model Railroad Museum listing in the book for guests; it was great for the children--as well as grandpa. The owner also was friendly and easy to deal with via e-mail and telephone. Highly recommended.
