Your Waikiki vacation condo is a fully furnished two bedroom one bath home located only two blocks from the world famous Waikiki beach and sleeps up to six. This bright and airy condo is a soothing place for you to relax while still being only steps away from all the excitement of Waikiki. The living room and master bedroom provide stunning views of the Ala Wai Canal, golf course and mountains. This condo is located in the quieter section of Waikiki yet within easy walking distance to the beach, shops, incredible dining, zoo, aquarium and Diamond Head State Park. Located on the corner of Liliuokalani Avenue and Ala Wai Boulevard also affords easy access to the highway and all the other sights Oahu has to offer.

Amenities:: The fully furnished kitchen including utensils, pots, pans, stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. A washer and dryer is located right in the condo for your convenience. The condo contains one queen and two twin beds along with a hide-a-bed pull out. Each bedroom contains it's own vanity and wash basin. Also included is air conditioning in the master bedroom, color television, DVD and a small lanai. The building includes a small plunge pool and barbecue area. Secure covered parking is included with the rental. The city and county of Honolulu have begun to crack down on unlicensed vacation rentals. We Are Not One of Them. We are fully licensed. Our vacation rental license number is 90/TVU-0929 and our Hawaii tax ID is W30147628-01. The proposed regulations being considered by the legislature would require all advertisements to contain the address of the rental. In anticipation of the new requirements, the address is; 320 Liliuokalani Ave. #1005 Honolulu, HI 96815

The property was very nice, clean and well-maintained. It provided amenities well beyond that of your average hotel - personal hygiene products, beach necessities, as well as books, guides, and other extras. It was close enough to easily walk to the Waikiki strip and beach, but far away enough not to be too loud. I would highly recommend this condo, it was so much better than staying in a hotel! if I go back to Waikiki, I would stay there again.

Beautiful view and perfect location!

We were two couples from Norway living in this apartment for about two weeks, and we loved it. Compared to a hotel, it is much more convenient when traveling together. The kitchen offered all we needed to cook our own meals, and there is enough room for 4-6 people to sit around the table in the living room area. The place was clean and very well maintained, and we enjoyed the view over Ala Wai golf course and the mountains very much. Mike, the owner, was very helpful both regarding the rental process and by providing accurate information on how to get to the apartment etc. The place comes with beach accessories and a tourist guide of Oahu, and we highly recommend it if you are looking for a great location in Waikiki at an affordable price. We were also thankful for the garage space, and we would like to recommend at least two days to explore the rest of the island by renting a car. Especially North Shore and Makaha Beach at the West Coast. Among the restaurants, our favorite was the Cheesecake Factory, which is worth the wait.

To Mike and Robin: Thank you very much for letting us stay in your beautiful Waikiki getaway. We hope to be able to come back some day.

Excellent place to stay

This condo was in an excellent location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this rental to all of our friends. The owners were fabulous to deal with. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed for a fun day on the beach and a restful night after a long day. We were extremely happy with everything this condo had to offer and hope to visit again soon.

Good location, convenient and secure building

The condo is closeby in everything in Wakiki. However, it is somwhat on the small side with about 700 square feet of living space and the building is a bit dated in that there was no exhaust fan in the kitchen above the stove and the room would get smokey when cooking without the windows open. Also, there is no garbage disposal in the sink. Air conditioning is provided only in the main bedroom which can get cold when trying to cool down the whole apartment. The bath consists of a small stall shower sandwiched between the two bedrooms, accessible through sliding pocket doors. The unit itself is clean and adequately appointed with good furnishings. The beds were firm and confortable. Also, toys for young children, beach chairs and mats, guide books and internet access is provided. The building is very secure, requiring a magnetic pass to go up and down the elevators. Secured parking is provided which is also very convenient. The 10th floor does have nice view of the mountains, the Ali Wai Canal and the golf course. However, if you are light sleeper, you might hear the traffic coming from the road below during the early weekday mornings. We usually stay at the Hyatt or the Marriott right across from Wakiki Beach, but overall, we enjoyed our stay and and would consider returning if staying for more than 3 days. The owners provided very detailed instructions and procedures on finding the condo, how to get in, etc. Rates were reasonable and comparable to what we usually pay for a hotel.
