This impressive villa stands in its own large garden just a few metres from the small beach of Skidi. Approached by a track, which leads to nearby houses and on to the beach, the house occupies a front row position with uninterrupted sea views, especially beautiful at sunset. The pool is set in a lawned garden and boasts its own pool house with a built-in barbecue and shady dining area. Large terraces surround this spacious villa which is very comfortably furnished and well-equipped inside. Ground floor: Large open-plan living/dining room, separate sitting area, well-equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom, adjacent small and simple shower room. First floor: Sitting area, master double bedroom with en suite bathroom and large covered balcony, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom. Outside there is a store room.

Prasoudi –Skidi beach is a peaceful haven offering a seemingly endless sandy beach with a few tavernas offering local specialities. The lake area provides a safe haven for many rare bird species and this area generally has escaped the ravages of tourism. Apart from the main Prasoudi beach, other sandy coves such as Skidi and Prasoudi offer a quiet spot for sunbathing and the swimming is excellent. Despite its peace and seclusion Halikouna is just an easy drive of 5 km from the popular beach resort of Agios Georgios (south) and 9 km from busy with night life Moraitika. The wonderfull old village of Agios Matheos is only 5 km from the villa away, also the nice Paramonas beach is not more than 4 km away.
