Beautifully renovated and professionally decorated, this Condo is family owned and operated by Marina Batham and Mark Simon who live and work on Maui. As an active Realtor Broker with Wailea Realty Corp., Marina is always on top of the maintenance and amenities of their condo. As an executive for a large Hotel, Mark is accutely aware of the appointments and asthetics to ensure guests have a wonderful stay. Our large, smoke free, studio condo is located on the first floor and sleeps (3), and is only 100 steps away from the beach! Watch some of the most beautiful sunsets from this very spot! The Whale sanctuary and observatory (Free by the way!) is also part of the park area. This beautifully appointed studio also offers wireless internet if you need to catch up at the end of the day and there is also have the iHome docking station for your iPod. Don't pack the hair-dryer, we have one for you!

Your condo is wonderful, we didn't want for anything. The pictures on line do
not do it justice. It was close to every-
thing and right across the street was the
best walking beach, Sugar Beach. We stayed for two weeks and wished we had
been able to stay longer. Mahalo, Marina

Aloha! All we can say is wow! We had the great pleasure of renting Marina's condo March 24, 2008 thru March 31, 2008. The condo is absolutely beautiful. The neighbors in the complex are so kind. If you are looking for a relaxing, clean, and beautiful place to stay this condo is it! I just reccomend staying atleast 2 weeks, we only stayed 1 week. Next time we plan to stay a month! Hopefully in the future we are planning on moving to Maui.
