The newest additions to the fenced in back yard is the 15’ x 25’ synthetic turf putting green with its own 64 sq. ft chipping area. So real looking, you would never know it was turf.
2nd Floor
The second floor is outfitted with four large bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 queen beds on opposite walls, while the other three bedrooms all contain one queen-sized bed. Each room comes equipped with a ceiling fan, flat screen TV, phone, and an alarm clock. Two of these bedrooms have large walk-in closets. Each bedroom has its own full bath.
There is also a large den area with a pull-out couch. This room also comes with a ceiling fan, phone and TV. Attached to the second floor hallway is a large porch with a six-top table and four rocking chairs. This porch also leads to the pool in the back down below.
3rd Floor
The third floor den has a large wrap around sofa with a TV and DVD player, as well as a stereo with CD. There is ceiling fans in every room.
The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There is a breakfast bar for two overlooking the den. There is a round dining table that seats six. There is also a porch attached the 3rd floor den, which has seating for 16. There is a large table for 10 as well as two other smaller tables.
There are two bedrooms located on this floor. The first has a King bed with two sitting chairs. The second also has a King bed. They both have ceiling fans, phones, alarm clocks and plenty of closet space. The first bedroom has a full bath, while the second contains a large garden jetted tub, a stand up shower, as well as dual vanities.
4th Floor
The top floor also has elevator access. There is a roof-top bar on the final floor, which opens up to a 1450 sq. ft rooftop deck. This sun deck has awesome ocean views from everywhere on the porch.
