On the river, just a 5-minute walk from historic downtown, this 1-bedroom/1-bath condo has a queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen sized leather sofa sleeper and a set of bunks in the living room.

On the ground floor, enter into the sitting area, kitchenette and dinette. Ahead is the built-in twin bunk bed and a bathroom with shower/tub combo. In the bedroom is a queen bed with flat screen TV and patio doors opening south towards the San Miguel River The complex has a year-round swimming pool and common outdoor hot tub. There is parking in the private lot. The common laundry room has new coin-operated washers and dryers.
