There is outdoor lighting and a ceiling fan for that cool alfresco dining experience. The local shops are 3-4 minutes walk away. There you can buy provisions and hire videos. There is a Private Game Room with Pool table, Air Hockey table, Table Tennis table and Electronic Dart Board. There is a PlayStation 2 in the second bedroom. Hot Tub/Jacuzzi under the shade and privacy of the lanai. There is a huge lanai (outdoor sitting and dining area). There are tables and outdoor dining chairs and a ceiling fan under the lanai. The sun deck spans the width of the house and overlooks the pool and the large pond. There are 2 sun loungers and basketball facility overlooking the pool.
The pool is above average size of 14'x28' and is gas heatable.
