Large townhome in a unique gated community.

Fully stocked gourmet kitchen, driveway parking for two cars. Located five miles from the beach and many of San Diego's tourist attractions. There are many major shopping areas close by. Restaurants are varied and plentiful within a few minutes of this house. Four major golf courses are minutes away with many others in less than an hour. This is not just a rental home, it is our home and has many extras for your comfort included.

We are located next door to the La Costa Resort. Guests can sign up at the hotel to use their pool and spa activities for kids and adults. Charges vary depending on which part of the resort you may choose to use.

This was a fantastic location to conduct sightseeing in San Diego county. We spent the last two weeks of August here and the house was just perfect, fully kitted out with everything you really need. The community was very quiet and peaceful and sitting out on the patio in the evening was simply a joy. The community pool is a good size and very clean but no one seemed to use it except us. I would definately recommend this property and is the best so far that we have rented through VRBO.

We stayed here in June with our 2 children.It was spacious,clean and well decorated. I would stay here again.

Just rented this unit from Dec 26 to Jan 3/11. Was in great location and with 2 Master bedrooms it worked out great for 2 couples. This unit is a TOP OF THE LINE rental. The owners were easy to contact and very helpful with directions, restaurants, etc. Great golfing within 5 mins, excellent shopping within in 7 mins at the Carlsbad Outlet Mall. Easy access to Hwy #5. Would recommend this unit to anyone planning a vacation to the San Diego/Carlsbad area.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Romantic Getaway

I have visited this home several times. Incredible floorplan with extra large rooms and high ceilings. Dramatic entry and nice gated community. Don't miss out - It's just great.
