Condo, 4 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 4 Baths, (Sleeps 10-14)

New, sunny and spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bath condominium in one of the best ski-in, ski-out locations at Jay Peak Resort. Located in the newest “Village” condominium building built in 2007, the condo is right on the Granny Jay trail, so you can step out the front door, take your skis or board from the ski lockers and ski/ride right onto the trail. No walking required! The 4-bedroom condo has two complete two-bedroom units that connect together inside, making it ideal for multiple families or larger groups.

On the main level, you will love the fully-equipped cook’s kitchen with cherry cabinets, granite countertops and stainless appliances. Relax in the large living area by the cozy gas fireplace after a day on the slopes, and enjoy the 42” flat screen TV with DVD player, DVD library with several dozen family movie titles, and large selection of board games. The dining table extends to seat 10 people comfortably. Sliding doors open onto a deck that overlooks the trail and surrounding woods. Throughout the condo, large windows let in plenty of sunshine and light.

Downstairs on the ground level, there is another two-bedroom, two-bath unit with identical fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with a second fireplace and 37' flat-screen TV with DVD player.

The condo sleeps up to 14 people. The two large master suites each have a king bed, 32' flat-screen TV, attached full bathrooms and closets. The other two bedrooms each have twin over double bunks. There are also two queen-size sofabeds in the living areas upstairs and downstairs. All linens, pillows and blankets are provided. The condo is equipped with ski boot heaters for eight, two sets of washers and dryers, two outdoor ski lockers and free wireless internet. Sleds and snowshoes are provided for our guests at the condo, free of charge. No pets or smoking, please.

Jay Peak receives more snow than any other ski area in the East and is well-known for its remarkable glade trails (trails dotted with trees) for skiers and riders from novice to expert. You and your companions can also take advantage of the many new amenities at Jay Peak, including the Pumphouse Indoor Water Park, Ice Skating Arena with café and bar, Spa and Fitness Center, Nordic Ski and Snowshoe Center, and many new restaurants and bars at the mountain. There’s lots to do all year round for the whole family!

About The Owner

We are Deb and John Light from Colchester, Vermont. We bought our Village condo new in 2007, and together with our two daughters have enjoyed many fun and memorable times at Jay Peak! We love to help our guests have fun at Jay too, and provide them with a cozy and comfortable 'home away from home' slope side.

Why The Owner chose Jay Peak

After skiing over the years at several other ski areas in Vermont, we discovered Jay Peak and fell in love with the atmosphere, the terrain at the mountain and the huge amounts of snow that Jay Peak always seems to get. There are glades all over the mountain -- from incredibly steep and deep areas that the locals know about and we are still discovering, to the beautiful, more mellow treed trails that our kids love to ski. Jay Peak really is a special place, and it's getting better every year with the addition of amenities like the Pumphouse Water Park, Ice Haus indoor skating rink, Taiga Spa, Championship Golf and Nordic Ski Center.

What makes this condo unique

You can't beat the location of the condo -- it is so easy to be on the first lift, come in and out for lunch or to warm up your boots and have some hot chocolate. Once you stay slopeside, you won't want to stay anywhere else!

Beautiful condo on the slopes!

I rented this unit with friends and family for 6 nights during the holiday break. The condo is prestine and is in a great convenient location, right on the slopes. The unit is exactly as described and the place actually looks better than the photos. The owner was also very helpful in answering questions before and during our trip. I would definitely stay here again.

Jay Peak Ski Trip - Four Couples, Late 20s

We had a brief, but perfect stay at this Jay Peak condo in mid January 2012. The condo itself is actually composed of two identical two-bedroom units that are stacked on top of each other and connected by doors near the entrance that can be locked from within either unit. We really appreciated the extra space and amenities (especially the multiple bathrooms and kitchens) provided by this setup. Each unit is furnished with everything you would expect and more, and all of the furniture and appliances were in excellent shape.

As advertised, the condo is truly ski in/ski out and the main peaks are easily reachable from the trail just steps from the door. In addition there was parking for at least two vehicles

Finally I'd like to commend the owners on being very professional and easy to deal with. Thanks again!!

Perfect Family Get-Away

This was a great option for our annual Family Ski vacation. We reserved both the condos and found them very comfortable and cozy. The space was more than accommodating for 8 adults. Deb was fantastic to deal with and we would definitely recommend this as an option for anyone looking for a great get away!

We had a wonderful vacation staying in this completely updated and immaculate condo. There was plenty of room for two families and the location was right next to the slopes! Also, the water park and skating rink are amazing!
