Within a fifteen minute walk;

Villa Encantada is a Mediterranean style luxuriously furnished 2100 sqare foot villa on two levels. Inside and out at every turn there are little tropical gardens, cast stone architectural elements and fountains, native teak wood and tiles and accent lighting. Truly enchanting!

The personal and private deep blue glass tiled in-ground pool is surrounded by lush tropical gardens, fountain and terrace with a variety of seating, lounging and eating areas. You can swim any time, day or night in your chosen swimming attire.
Bedrooms;
All bedrooms, two upstairs and the master bedroom downstairs are air conditioned, although you probably won't need it because of the wonderful pacific breezes that flow through the numerous screened windows. All bedrooms have full bathrooms, each with it's own shower and adjacent tropical garden.
Master Bedroom; The master bedroom features a queen size four poster bed with super comfortable pillow top mattress and 600 count linens. Wall to wall / floor to ceiling glass connects you to a totally private terrace surrounded by lush gardens, fountain and lounge chairs.
Upstairs Front Bedroom; The front bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed with high end pillow top mattress, a wonderful seating area / garden alcove, and a walkout through arched leaded glass doors to a stone balcony overlooking the pool and gardens...a great spot to look out over the Palm treetops and enjoy morning coffee or take in spectacular sunsets.
Upstairs back bedroom; has twin beds with deep comfortable mattresses that can be connected. It has a huge window with views of mature trees and the hillsides beyond.
The Great Room;
The great room offers floor to ceiling windows with gardens on three sides. Comfortable upholstered seating, cable television/DVD player, whole house sound system, (CD Player, iPod docking station) with independent volume controls in various areas, (bring your favorite CDs and DVDs), romantic but practical dining area with a round teak table with extensions to seat six comfortably on upholstered chairs.
Kitchen;
A modern kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and dinnerware. It contains GE Profile stainless steel appliances... fridge / freezer with ice and double filtered water dispenser on the door, oven, propane cooktop, microwave, marble counter-tops,and an island with bar sink and teak butcherblock top.
