Welcome to Jasmine House our beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, single storey, private pool home.
Situated in Westridge, the house backs onto a lake and preserve where you can watch the sunset from the lanai, see the herons come down to fish, peek at one of our local gators as he snoozes on our neighbour’s garden or just enjoy the peaceful surroundings of this lovely setting.
With a South & West facing pool you are guaranteed maximum sunshine available here in sunny Florida, but there’s also enough shade if you want to cool down a little.The Hot Tub overlooking the spectacular view will relax and reinvigorate you after long days enjoying youselves.With 4 bedrooms, 2 double & 2 twins, the villa sleeps 8, 10 if you count the sofa bed! Our twin rooms have been themed as a “Princess Room” and a “Mickey Room” to entertain the youngsters, not to mention the “Winnie the Pooh” bathroom.
Having 2 sitting areas the house has enough room for everyone to be able to lounge in comfort.
The 2 dining areas and a breakfast bar allow everyone to eat at the same time and the open plan kitchen means that nobody has to be “Cinderella” shut away in another room. No queues either with 3 bathrooms to choose from!
Our games room provides fun for the family with a pool table, table tennis and air hockey table and electronic dartboard.
The Home Theater system with 46” High Definition TV and DVD player, stocked with some of the latest DVDs for Children and Grown-ups is in the family room and provides an entertaining night in.
For those more athletic types there are 4 rackets and a stock of tennis balls to use at the communal tennis court, available exclusively for Residents and Guests of Westridge.
There are a number of excellent Golf Courses in the area, including Highlands Reserve, Ridgewood Lakes and Greg Norman’s all-new Champions Gate.
