The building is right on the beach. Although there is not an ocean view, this unit overlooks the lakes on the Dunes Golf Course. Take the elevator to the ocean side pool and beach. Amenities: The Maisons sur Mer is one of Myrtle Beaches most luxurious oceanfront condominiums. There are 2 tennis courts, an oceanfront pool with a bar, gas grills on the ocean and a picnic area. The lobby area has 24 hour security and a library. There is also a bistro for breakfast and lunch and an oceanfront lounge with panoramic views for evening cocktails. A gym and cardio room are also available. Activities: 2 Tennis Courts, beach volley ball. Area: Ideally located in the Restaurant Row area of the beach which is central for all activities including shopping, dinning, and various other activities.
