Watch the dolphins swim by from the balcony of this beach view condo. The complex is on the water Located 40 minutes north of downtown San Diego. The complex is gorgeous with lush tropical flowers everywhere, waterfalls and huge Koi fish. The Oceanside Harbor is a 5 minute walk away with a variety of restaurants on the water. There is a jetty down the beach and a long fishing pier, as well as, a second fishing pier at the harbor. The barbeque area over the Olympic sized pool is great for large groups, and there is extra parking across the street. Forget being squished together with other vacationers in Mission Beach. Come to Oceanside and sleep to the sound of the waves in a luxury resort-style complex.

  • $700-1500/Week
  • Sorry, but no pets are allowed. Off season is between Labor Day & Memorial Day. Winter monthly rate is $2000 per month; which includes all utilities, high speed internet, phone, and cable.

    Smoking is prohibited within the condo unit.

    Summer Season:
    Includes any dates after Memorial Day & before Labor Day of the same year $1200 per week

    Off Season:
    Includes any dates between Labor Day & Memorial Day of the following year $700 per week

    Monthly Rate:
    Only available in January, February & March $1900 per month

Area: 40 minutes to Sea World.
