The perfect home away from home in the Lakes Region of NH. Beautiful and lovely decorated home with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, less than 2 hours from Boston in Gilford, NH. Great place for extended family or 4 couples. Only 1 mile from Gunstock Mt. for skiing, biking, horse back riding and hiking. Separate place on the property to put trailer, boat, motor home, etc. 5 minute ride to Lake Winnepesaukee, Laconia and Ellacoya State Park. Magnificent during foliage season and great hiking in the spring. Close to Tilton outlets, NASCAR racing, Weirs Beach, water park, Alton Bay. Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with lots of space to cook. Washer, Dryer, 1-car indoor garage. Secluded back yard & huge deck. Gas fireplace, 3 TVs, and 2 air conditioners.

Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, spices, etc. New washer/dryer and separate area to for outdoor gear. Living room has couch and two recliners and gas fireplace, with sliding doors to the deck. In addition to a large dining room table for 8-10, there's a table for four in the kitchen. The living room has a 27 inch TV with DVD & VCR and cable, in addition to 2 TVs in two other bedrooms. All kinds of games, DVDs. Internet access available. Large deck has gas grille & charcoal grille and lots of chairs. Besides indoor garage, along side of the house on the property is a large area that can fit a trailer with boat, ATV or skidoos, or motorhome.

Secluded landscaped backyard. Lots of room for everyone!!Large air conditioning unit in dining room/living room and one in the large master bedroom as well as numerous fans. Activities: All year - great hiking, gorgeous views, outlet shopping, restaurants, etc. Autumn - one of the best places to see the leaves of autumn. Summer - Near Meadowbrook Concert Hall- full summer series of concerts by top named artists & Loudon Nascar Race Track; beaches, swimming, boating, hiking, water parks, water skiing, fireworks, biking, ATV, fine dining, short ride to Meredith, Wolfeboro as well as less than an hour from Franconia, North Conway, and other NH attractions. Winter - Gunstock Mt. a mile & half away - Downhill and cross country skiing, Top-notch ski/snow board school, snow shoeing. Snow mobiling available.

Area: Less than 2 hours from Boston; one mile from Gunstock Ski/Recreation area; lessthan 2 miles from the Lake; near Tilton outlets, NASCAR racing, 9 & 18 hole golf courses nearby, fine dining throughout the Lakes Region, crafts fairs, antique shopping, etc.

Ski: Gunstock only a mile away.

Golf: Lots of golf area within 10 miles from the hosue.

Our home away from Home

Our third year staying here. The BEST vacation home I ever stayed in. Pam, Penny, and I feel as if we are at home. The house is beautiful, and very clean!. Full modern kitchen, Huge Living room, Formal Dining Room, Hugh Master Bedroom and 3 other good sized bedrooms for kids and/or guests. New Baths up stairs and down stairs. Garage with electric doors. Bar, Laundry/Gathering area. Excellent heating hot water and A/C. Big flat back yard for the kids to play ball, with beautiful deck and gardens. Only a 1.5 mile drive to the Lake.

As soon as we get here, we know we are truly on Vacation.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

This house is a great vacation home, Very Clean, spacious, everything you can possibly need to cook, clean, grill etc... is here for you to use. We highly reccomend this home to anyone interested in visiting the New Hampshire area. We will defiently be back to visit. Lesly was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you again for making our trip enjoyable.
