Here is a little cape with a big impression.

The new owners are replacing the flooring with hard wood. They are repainting and refurbishing the interior, they have replaced the deck at the rear and are doing some landscaping.

The house offers three bedrooms: one queen, one double and one with a pair of twins. There are two full baths. We commend this property based upon the renovations and its location less than two miles to Edgartown center and just a little more to South Beach.

The owners affectionately call their vacation home, The Owl, The Hawk, and The Dove. We like that. In that spirit, kindly inquire about The Owl, The Hawk and The Dove. We believe you will be happy you did.
