Just a mile across the bay there are several other familiar stores; Costco, Safeway, CitiMill Hardware, McDonalds, Longs, and Ross, just to mention a few.
Just step across the street into the ocean or one block down the street. sit on a private sandy beach. The house easily accommodates two families with separate living areas, one in the front and one in the back of the house. The house has two dining rooms, one on the ocean side and the other facing the mountains behind the house.
The master bedroom is just inside the entrance has a queen bed and a large double wardrobe and bathroom. Both bedrooms have queen beds and another they share one full and one half bathrooms at the rear of the house. We also have a King-size 'Hikie'e' and several futon and an inflatable mattress. We have individual room air conditioners in the bedrooms for personal preferences.
The kitchen is in the middle of the house and has ocean view from the sink.
The Grand View is from the Living area, which is a large hexagon with vaulted ceiling and large fan and three sets of twelve foot sliding glass windows facing the ocean.
We have televisions in every room and several DVD players plus a VCR. There are games for the whole family, cribbage, dominoes, Yahtzee, Pictionary, Trivial Pursuit, and others. I have lots room for a fun game of croquet or bocce ball in the large grass front yard.

Area: This Beautiful Home is situated at the tip of Koko Head, in front of Hawaii Kai and faces West, where the Sun sets on the water during the Winter and on Diamond Head in the Spring through Fall. There are many fishing spots right in front of the house, 100 yards and there are several surf spots toward the mountains in front of the house, which are for experienced surfers, only.

There are many golf courses with in 30 minutes and we are happy to make arrangements for you in advance.
