January Rockaway beach visit - Great!

This was my second time returning to the Castaway home on Rockaway beach, and i must say that this go-around was equally as wonderful as the first time.
The home's floor plan is perfect for all ranges of fun, and the ocean views, even in stormy January, are still spectacular, making you feel like you are on the edge of the world! I am a boy at heart and i highly recommend this place to those who want to enjoy the coastal Northwest! - even during the cold and windy months of the year.
Things i liked in particular:
- nice wood burner to warm up the living room on cold days.
- home was, in my opinion, the cleanest "beach home" i have ever stayed in.
- amenities were great - coffee pot, toaster, oven, microwave, foosball, board games, flat screen – you name it!
- only 5 - 6 minute drive from the small town of Rockaway - great seafood and local restaurants!
- the beach! even with gray stormy sky’s the beach is always my favorite. There was old growth driftwood scatters all over the place, and at low tide you can peruse the hundreds of tide pools at the water’s edge.
- home owners are very easy and enjoyable to work with – a big-time plus!
Couple of things to note:
- the home books up pretty far in advance, so take that into consideration for the summer months!
- The town of Rockaway is off the beaten track, so expect low-volumes of people and little noise!
i definately plan on returning in the near future, and highly recommend this place to anyone considering staying at this home!
