My boyfriend and I booked this condo about 6 months in advance of our trip to the 2009 Sundance Film Festival. The owner was very responsive and the place was gorgeous.

I've given my overall experience a 'good' rating. And if not for the few items that are sure to be rectified, (quality linens, cooking stuff, paper product refills) I'd be on-board for an 'excellent', and then some.

There is a shuttle stop and a theater (Prospector) that you can jog to from the front door in about 45 seconds. Awesome. The floor heater is all you really need. It's way cozy. The DVR had a ton of movies already recorded for your viewing pleasure on that beautiful flat-screen TV. The couch is more comfortable than most hotel beds. I highly recommend soaking in the jetted tub every night. Immediate hot water. I liked how secure the building was, too. Gotta know the code! It was also handy to be able to leave the keys in the lock-box if we were going our separate ways.

I hope the owner (nice guy!) takes the suggestions to heart and steps up the supply closet a bit. It's so close to being perfect. Many thanks to the owner for all his efforts in providing a beautiful space for us. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Condo - Extremely Well Remodeled

You never know what the reality of a place is after looking at the pictures online, but I have to say this property looks Exactly the way it does online. Everything is very well appointed, furnished, and well done. I found it to be an extremely comfortable place to stay.

I would have rated it excellent if it weren't for a few small things. First off the unit does not have central heating (it heated by a floor space heater). At first I thought this was going to be a real problem, but ultimately it worked out well and the condo was very well heated. I just wish I had known about that fact prior to arrival.

Also missing are some condo basics. The unit didn't have any kleenex (I was getting over a cold so this was less than great) and had absolutely no spices or other useful cooking things (like cooking oil). Also there was nothing in the condo for scrubbing dishes. All minor things, but things I'd hope to see taken care of in a high end condo.

Also the listing lists a blender which wasn't there and talks about a hot tub on deck (there isn't one right next to the unit although a health club is right next door).

With these small issues aside (and most of them could easily be resolved by the owner). I'd heartily recommend this condo. It's beautiful, comfortable, well located and worth the money.
