Located on an oversized sunny, level lot with total privacy and beautiful Forrest Views in the rear, the home of about 2,500 sq.ft. has a very bright, Open Floorplan with Vaulted Ceilings, Extensive Wood Accents, Custom Interior Paint and is beautifully furnished in a Mountain Style décor. A beautiful Kitchen with Granite Counters with rough hewn edges and All New Stainless Steel Appliances. Beautiful Slate and Hardwood Floors in the Entertaining areas, Berber Carpets in the Bedrooms. Aside from the 4 Bedrooms, there is a large loft area with a futon bed. Tahoe Donner is located in the upper region of Truckee, California, within 5 miles of Donner Lake, 10-15 Miles from Squaw Valley or Northstar Ski Resorts, and about 20 miles from Lake Tahoe.

  • $1735-2205/Week
  • ***A 10% Discount is given for a 7 night stay ***


    1. Check-in time is at 4pm and check-out time is at 11am.

    2. A deposit in the amount of $500.00 must be made within 7 days of booking a reservation. This deposit will become a security deposit from which a $150.00 cleaning fee shall be deducted from. The balance will be refunded when the home is returned in about the same condition it was given, and with a complete inventory.

    3. Full Rental payment, plus 10% Occupancy Tax must be received 45 days prior to the commencement of the rental date.

    4. Cancellations must be received in writing. We will only refund your full deposit and payment if notice of cancellation is received at least 45 days prior to the rental commencement date. No Refund shall be given otherwise.

    5. Holiday Weekend rates (i.e. Christmas, New Year's, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, etc.) are subject to change without notice.

    November 19 - April 30 $350 / night
